STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
To secure a reservation a deposit of £100 per room is required when confirming your booking. The balance of your stay is then payable upon the day of departure.
We respectfully remind you that a room booking constitutes a contract between you and the hotel. The conditions outlined below will apply to all room bookings.
Room bookings with or without a deposit will only be accepted with accurate and valid credit/debit card details and will be used as a guarantee for up to the full and final value of the booking. Either a written or verbal confirmation of a booking constitutes a legally binding acceptance of a contract. Our cancellation policy below will therefore be considered as accepted.
The submission of credit/debit card details also confirms an agreement that payment in case of cancellation of a room/s booking (as detailed below) may be taken without warning. The submission of false or invalid credit/debit card details will constitute a legal breach of contract.
Cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice No Penalty

We strongly recommend that before you travel you have adequate insurance to cover any eventuality. Jersey is often subject to inclement weather and we therefore suggest that this is included within your insurance policy.
TRAVEL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES
**Flights are available from any UK airport with scheduled connection to Jersey.
All flights booked will be included within the fixed price package where possible except where they are priced beyond the viability of the package. In such cases a supplement will apply. Flights do not include charges for hold luggage, sports equipment or airport check in where applicable. These can be booked on your behalf where possible but will be added to your account.
A deposit of £250 per room will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation except special offer packages. See below.

We reserve the right to increase special offer prices at any time once allocations have been reached. New rates will apply to new bookings only.
Full prepayment for special offers is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Packages will not be booked until payment is received.
Car hire includes basic insurance (CDW). Car hire does not include petrol or GST (local tax). A 1/4 tank of fuel is provided and will need to be paid by the driver to the hire car company on collection of the car. Cars can be returned empty of fuel.
ATOL - YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases,where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
We will happily accommodate your dog(s) in a suite but please note that if your dog(s) cause any damage or soiling an additional housekeeping charge will be incurred. During the stay dog owners accept full responsibility for the behaviour of their dog(s). For the comfort of other guests, wet, sandy, muddy, noisy dogs are not permitted within the internal public areas of the hotel and no dogs at anytime should be allowed on any furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds and gardens. An accommodation charge of £10 per dog per night will apply in all cases.
Please note that the hotel is all NON-SMOKING AT ALL TIMES. This include Vapour and e-Cigarettes. Guests found to be smoking in hotel rooms or any public areas will be charged £100.00 for extra cleaning of the room for subsequent guests.
OWN ALCOHOL & FOOD CONSUMPTION
Our business includes the sales of food & beverage. We therefore do not allow customers to arrive with and consume their own alcohol anywhere on our licenced premises, including the bedrooms. The hotel bar is available at all hours for hotel residents and bona fide guests of hotel residents and each bedroom is equipped with a well stocked mini bar including Champagne, wine, spririts, pre-mixed cocktails and minerals. Mini bars are replenished on request or daily as required. Food takeaway is also not permitted to be consumed anywhere within the hotel.
